Here we transformed a tired looking 4000 sq ft 1970′s large suburban property into a 21st century home being sympathetic to the taste of the retired couple owners. We created a project management package where we split the burden with the client 50/50 taking advantage of both our knowledge and contacts and their increased free time in a very harmonious partnership. 90% of the house was to be overhauled resulting in: a new central staircase, office, 2 reception rooms, kitchen, utility, dining room, conservatory, hall, landing, master bedroom with ensuite and guest bedroom. We also installed a full rewire; a Lutron Homeworks lighting system throughout the house and garden including downlighting and feature lighting; Sonos multi-room audio throughout the house and externally in the garden; an automated patio awning with infrared electric heating; garden lighting to all 3 gardens of the property; security lighting, incorporating a CCTV system, and TV distribution. We sourced a significant amount of furniture from sofas to mirrors and art work leaving the clients very pleased and surprised with their transformation from old life to new.
